Message	To my knowledge I ordered G37 brake pads. Maybe its the same item, I wouldn't know. Its not a proud and boastful post. I warned I would take legal action, no one listened to me. Its purpose it to give you my opinion on how to better serve your customers in the future. I have purchased from your company in the past and I had a great experience before. It happened this time and as you have never contacted me back as I was promised, I'm posting it here hoping that it reminds you to treat your customers the way you expect to be treated. I would like to purchase from you guys again, but If I can't trust you I won't. I tried to call and explain this but no one listened, so I blogged. As I have said, there is no reason to discuss what this was about because its past us now. Mod - Feel free to delete.
